In 2006, Holly picked up a Yoga Journal magazine at an airport newsstand.  While flipping through its pages, she had no idea how much her life would change as she read many unfamiliar words and phrases.


Having chronic health issues that stemmed from contracting Lyme Disease in the early '90s, Holly knew she wanted a life filled with holistic remedies and fewer medications.  Ayurveda and yoga were her answer.

Now, in her 50s, Holly continues to use her wealth of knowledge to make daily micro-adjustments in her food and movement choices to best support her optimal health. 


She'll help you learn how to do the same.
